Farewell Volvo B59 tour

Seacombe Heights

1300 at Seacombe Heights.

Looking down the hill toward Marion Centre and Adelaide Airport, 1300 pokes its nose out of the shelter at the Seacombe Heights terminus.

1300 showing the relatively steep hillside.

Showing the relative steepness of the hill, 1300 is at the terminus of the route, in this case the 246F route from the City.

1300 from the back, showing gunzels taking photos.

Enthusiasts get photos and walk towards 1300. The rear of 1300 was showing the 641 route, which was the number before 1988 of the 247 route.

Serco MAN NL232 bus 774 passes 1300.

We got on the bus, left the terminus, and then turned around again! This allowed those that wanted to, to get a photo of Serco MAN NL232 bus no. 774 to pass us on the 248 route to Seacombe Heights. The 248 is a night, Sundays and Public Holidays route, combining the 246 and 247 routes.
